  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu
  • 1 cup of jasmine rice

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the tofu to the pan and pour the teriyaki sauce over everything. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until the tofu and vegetables are coated in the sauce.
