Taco Al Pastor


  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas


  1. Marinate pork slices with cumin, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  2. Layer marinated pork and sliced pineapple on a skewer.
  3. Grill the skewer until the pork is cooked and has a nice char.
  4. Heat corn tortillas and fill them with the grilled pork and pineapple mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chopped onions on top and serve hot.
