  • 4 salmon fillets

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the grill. Mix lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper. Marinate the salmon in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Serve with lemon slices.

3. Crispy Coconut Shrimp


  • 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Pat dry the shrimp. In one bowl, mix coconut and breadcrumbs. In another bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then coat with the coconut breadcrumb mix. Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
