  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

  4. Beat eggs and add to macaroni. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put 1 cup of shredded cheese aside for topping. Spread remaining shredded cheese over the macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
