  • 2 cups of fresh pumpkin puree

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  6. Spread the pumpkin batter evenly into the greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the dish to cool before serving.
