  5. Continue this process until the rice is creamy and cooked to al dente, about 18-20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  7. Remove the risotto from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and remaining butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
