Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter. Blend until the batter is smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, swirling it around to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the crepe edges start to lift.
  4. Flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and spread a generous layer of Nutella on one-half of the crepe. Fold the other half over the Nutella to create a half-moon shape.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and Nutella.
  7. Serve the Nutella crepes warm, dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with fresh strawberries if desired.
