  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro for garnish


  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and minced garlic, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
