  1. Start by cooking the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and add the snow peas.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce.
  8. Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
